What should I have handy?
Nothing is essential for the first call. If you have them, these help us give you a sharper answer:
- Your last tax return and financial statements (for each company or trust)
- Your accounting software login, or the name of the software you use
- Any letters from the ATO you're worried about
- A list of what you own and whose name it's in, if you want to talk about structures or asset protection
Can I visit an office?
Yes. Ring first so the right person is there when you arrive. Most meetings happen by phone or video, which is often quicker for you.
How do I send documents securely?
Ask us for a secure link. We'll send you a text or email you can open on your phone to upload documents, so you don't need to email a passport scan or a bank statement. That matters for privacy, and it's also how we meet our AML/CTF obligations.

How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to respond promptly during business hours. If it is urgent, such as an ATO deadline or a director penalty notice, ring the office directly and say so.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The strategy call is free and there is no obligation. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will tell you.
Do you work with clients outside your office cities?
Yes. We work with clients across Australia. Most work happens over email, phone and video.
