Most business clients are on one of three fixed weekly plans. You know the price before we start, it's spread evenly across the year, and there are no surprise invoices for a phone call or a quick question.

Which plan is right for me?
- Compliance Essentials suits an established small business that wants the books, BAS and company return handled properly, by a manager who knows the file. Read more about accounting and bookkeeping.
- Business Insights suits a business with staff that wants to see how it's going each month, not just at year end. It adds payroll, Payday Super and monthly reporting.
- Fractional CFO suits a growing business where the owner is making bigger decisions: hiring, pricing, funding, buying, expanding. You get a finance partner at the table every month. Read about fractional CFO and advisory.
Why "from"?
Every business is different. The plan price moves with things like the number of transactions, the number of entities in your group (a trust and a company, for example), payroll size, and how tidy the books are when we start. We'll give you a fixed price on your strategy call, before any work begins.
What about advice and one-off work?
Advisory work is quoted as a fixed fee before we start. That includes things like:
- Business structuring and asset protection reviews and restructures
- Your 30 June 2027 review
- Selling or buying a business
- Catching up overdue tax
- SMSF accounting and audit coordination
- Individual and family tax returns outside a business plan
How does billing work?
You sign one engagement for your whole family group, on your phone, and set up payment at the same time. Payments are matched to invoices automatically, so you won't get chased for something you've already paid.
If your needs change, your plan changes. Add payroll when you hire, step up to Fractional CFO when you need it, or step back down when things settle.
Is a cheaper option ever better?
Sometimes. If you're a sole trader with simple income and you're comfortable with your own bookkeeping, a once-a-year tax return may be all you need, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you a plan. Our guide to what an accountant costs explains the trade-offs honestly.
Frequently asked questions
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. Plans are a fixed weekly amount agreed before we start, and advisory projects are quoted as a fixed fee. If the scope changes, we agree the new price with you first.
Is GST included?
No. Plan prices are shown plus GST. If your business is registered for GST you can usually claim it back as a credit on your BAS.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Your engagement sets out the scope, the price and how either of us can end it. Ask us on your strategy call and we will walk you through it before you sign anything.
Are accounting fees tax deductible?
Fees for managing your tax affairs and for running your business are generally deductible in the year you pay them. Some fees, such as structure setup costs, may be treated differently.
